I was privileged to have met and spent a few minutes one to one with the Legend Mr Narayan Murty, founder of Infosys.
Most of us who worked in Infosys feel like Mahabharat character Eklavya as we believe in him as our Guru Dronacharya. There is so much we learnt from him and try every day to imbibe in our organizations, the Value System, Process Oriented Org, Customer Centric Org, Focus and be Humble, Under-commit-Over-deliver.
Our entire leadership and I myself, focus on using these in our professional and personal life, me being a Group MD of Productiva Group dedicate our successful 12+ years to my Dronacharya N. R. Narayana Murthy.
We are privileged to have worked with Infosys in the past and today we serve them as a Vendor across GEOs and personally I feel lucky since we serve his Son Rohan Murty firm Soroco across the world too! As we say, once as Infoscion, always an Infoscion.
