Productiva started in May’2010 from Bangalore, India; with a vision to provide Quality, Time-bound Recruitment Solutions to IT Products & Services, Banking and Financial Services organizations.

We have grown into a Global Boutique human capital services provider, serving mid-to-senior-level talent and consulting needs of the world’s best organizations. We serve some of the best-known Tier 1 Global System Integrators, innovative product firms, Banks and Big 5 Consulting & Advisory firms.

Shenaz W Khan

Shenaz’s is a story of grit, commitment and perseverance, she belongs to a strong Coffee Planter family from Coorg, India. She was one of the first girl from Coorg to do a Post Graduation in Management from Bangalore University, inspired several hundreds of girls from her native and around to follow her footsteps; as a result, we see several girls became Doctors, Engineers and Entrepreneurs in family, extended family and the community.

Shenaz founded Productiva India back in May’2010 with a larger perspective of creating opportunity for others; provide them all a respectable job, an opportunity to shine, grow together. As a result, we see a majority of staff in Productiva India with more than 5 years of patronage; and Shenaz’s “Catch-them-Young”, concept has inducted several hundred youngster, especially diversity into the organization and our clients successfully.

She is a BBA and MBA Postgraduate from Bangalore University, and prior to founding Productiva she had a strong 10 years of experience selling ERP software, Educational Software & Services to Schools in East Africa, also lead “Marketing & Alliance Partners” for a large Malaysian trading organization in Middle East. She even had a short stint of teaching management studies to “A” level students in the Middle East.

Shenaz leads our Global organization from London today, like all our women; she is a blessed multi-tasker. She finds time to physically visit India operations for couple of weeks every quarter, maintain her Coffee Estate, visit US office quarterly and still manage to give her best to her two young kids, family all the time

Wasim Khan

Wasim started his career as a COBOL & Oracle programmer and decided to get into software sales after 3 years, he is a true ‘Tech-Sales-Guru’; carry an enviable track record of Tech business development in more than 35 countries. He started his international software sales career back in year 2000 by selling ‘IT Product development’ services in Singapore, Japan, & UK. He moved on to Live in Nairobi for couple of years and further in Middle East for five years. He is a #2 Rank holder in his Computer Diploma, a commerce Graduate and further an MBA in Marketing & Finance.

He sold “Retail POS software to Metro Cash & Carry India in 2003 for Polaris”, which won him a GOLD medal in Sales of the year. He last worked with Global IT Giant, Infosys Technologies Limited in a Sales Leadership role; managing Business Development for its flagship Universal Banking Solution platform “Finacle” for multiple countries successfully. Wasim’s strong network in Sales & BFSI community is exemplary, very versatile experience. Wasim left Infosys in April 2012 to strengthen “Client Services & Business Development” for Productiva; moreover, to draft & drive a strategic vision for the Organization.

Productiva has grown multifold under his leadership, expanded into three continents, has a specialized and very successful Leadership Search practice and serve some of the best-known Top tier IT Giants, Big 5 Global consulting & Advisory firms and renowned BFSI focused organizations.

Wasim is based out of London, UK and travel a lot to mentor various teams across the organization. He also directly head Global operations for our renowned “Leadership Search practice”. He is responsible to grow the group organically and through M&A, and has a vision to diversify make investments into innovative organizations.
