Rahul has had a successful career during which he worked with some of the best-known search firms like Manpower Group, SourceOne and more.
Born to an army veteran, Rahul belongs to the capital of India, New Delhi. He is a Delhi University Graduate.
In 2019 Rahul co-founded Optimo Talent Management Private Limited with Wasim Khan. Under his able management and leadership as CEO, Optimo has been growing multi-fold, serving some of the best known IT Products & Service based, Mid-to-Large firms. Mr. Rahul Arora has taken up the additional responsibility as Group COO to oversee both Productiva India as well as Optimo.
