Shenaz the Founder Director of Productiva, has played an instrumental role in bringing the Group to where it stands today. The company was started way back in May 2010 with Shenaz in the lead role.The credit for the Group’s success in a large way goes to Shenaz.

Shenaz has over 20 years of IT Business Development experience, be it ERP Software Sales in India, IT Education Services in Nairobi, or managing large marketing programs for multi-national firms in the Middle East. Shenaz served an interesting short stint in education, teaching Management Studies to UnderGraduates in the Middle East.

Shenaz topped up her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a Post-Graduation in Business Management from Bangalore University. She hails from a place in Southern India often referred to as the ‘Scotland of India – Coorg’, where she owns and manages her coffee plantation as well. Shenaz is not only an exemplary entrepreneur butalso an inspiration to many women back in her native land and around. While she guides them towards independence, she also participates and contributes towards social activities related to women and child issues.

Shenaz currently operates from the Group’s Bangalore, India based HQs. She plans to shift to London, our virtual HQ. Shenaz focuses on global Niche Contract Staffing Services and oversees the entire Indian Operations.
